noun

  1. a test of physical fitness involving three stations: push-ups, sit-ups, and a 2.4 km run, which all NS-liable Singaporean males have to complete yearly starting from the age of 16.5 years old. Older iterations of the test included other exercises, such as pull-ups and the standing broad jump.

usage notes

While a separate test from NAPFA involving different stations, it is often used interchangeably according to individual preferences.
