- a soft, moist, cake traditionally made from grated tapioca (cassava), sugar, coconut milk, and optional flavourings or ingredients such as pandan or yellow food colouring. It is often rectangular in shape, and is cut into small cuboid pieces for serving.
Making kueh bengka ubi is incredibly easy. The main ingredients are grated tapioca, eggs, sugar and coconut milk. Just mix everything thoroughly and bake. It’s as easy as a box cake, but the results are way more delicious.
