- the leafy green vegetable Brassica rapa var. parachinensis. It has cream- to pale-yellow-coloured flowers, and grows quickly, being ready to harvest between 1.5 - 3 months after sowing. The plant is a popular ingredient in Chinese cooking, especially its shoots and young leaves.[1]
