- the edible fruit of a variety of the Lansium domesticum tree, which are ovoid and between 2.5 - 5.0 cm in diameter.[1] The fruit's flesh is segmented into large segments the length of the fruit itself. The flesh has a mild flavour and is translucent-white in colour. It is a slightly more sour variety of the buah duku. The langsat tree is taller and more slender than the duku tree.
