  1. a Teochew snack consisting of a glutinous rice flour skin, usually dyed pink, stuffed with a savoury filling of glutinous rice and often other ingredients such as mushrooms or ground peanuts. It is usually made in the shape of a 'peach' (though somewhat more resmbling a shark's fin), and is a type of peach kueh.
